SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe how Tactically Safe LLC ("TacSafe," "we," "us," or "our") sends text-message notifications for the TacSafe program. By opting in to TacSafe SMS notifications, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

The TacSafe SMS program is operated by Tactically Safe LLC for users of TacSafe workplace safety and certification software. Messages are transactional and account-related. They may include certification or training expiration reminders, credential status alerts, account notifications, and similar service updates tied to your TacSafe account or organization-managed workspace.

TacSafe does not use this program to send third-party marketing or unrelated promotional content. Marketing text messages, if any are offered in the future, would require separate express consent.

2. Consent and enrollment

You may enroll by providing your mobile number and affirmative consent through a TacSafe sign-up flow, account settings, paper or electronic form, or other documented opt-in method that identifies the TacSafe program and message purpose. Consent is not a condition of purchasing TacSafe services unless messaging is required for a feature you choose.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, certification and training schedules, and notification settings. You may receive multiple messages per month when reminders or alerts are triggered. Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

4. Supported carriers and delivery

TacSafe uses third-party messaging providers and wireless carriers to deliver SMS and MMS messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP to any TacSafe message to cancel SMS notifications from this program.
• Reply HELP for assistance, call +1 (308) 870-7020, or contact customer-service@tactically-safe.com.
• Call +1 (308) 870-7020 or email customer-service@tactically-safe.com for account, privacy, or delivery questions.
• Opting out of SMS does not close your TacSafe account; you may still receive non-SMS communications according to your preferences and applicable agreements.

6. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this program is handled as described in the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in the program, carriers, or law. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when required by law or prior program disclosures.
